Digital Products

2.1 Digital Codes
We treat all sales of digital codes—including game codes, downloadable content (DLC), and software—as final. Once we deliver a digital code, you have used it. Therefore, you cannot refund or exchange it. Please ensure you enter the correct code during redemption.

2.2 Gift Cards
You cannot refund or exchange gift cards purchased from SKYZGAME Store, except where required by law. Consequently, treat your gift card like cash. We cannot replace lost or stolen gift cards, so store them securely.

Physical Products

3.1 Return Eligibility
To qualify for a refund or exchange, return physical products in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging. Therefore, ensure the item meets these criteria before initiating a return.

3.2 Return Period
Return physical products within 30 days of the purchase date. If you return items after this period, we will not accept them. In case you miss this window, please contact customer service to discuss possible alternatives.

3.3 Non-Eligible Items
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for opened or used items, including opened software. Thus, ensure items are in their original, unopened condition to qualify for a return.
